Chad Buck

President & Owner

Chad Buck grew up in the building business working for his dad who was a home builder and electrician. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Missouri State University and worked for J.E. Dunn Construction for several years before becoming a home builder. Chad is married and has three children.

Melissa Buck

Interior Designer

Melissa Buck does much of our interior design. Her expertise includes: interior design, home staging and faux painting. She is also a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams. Melissa and Chad were married in 1999 and have 3 children. She can be reached at 816-918-4858.

April Lamar

Project Coordinator

April Lamar is our Project Coordinator. Her duties include working with homeowners on selections, answering the phones, handling emails, and customer service. She has been with C&M for 2 years and in the building industry for 12 years. April has been married 14 years and has 1 teenage son. She can be reached at 816-322-8118, ext. 10.

Janie Logan

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Janie Logan is our Sales and Marketing Coordinator. She works with prospective clients, assists the on-site Realtors, and coordinates the marketing materials. She started working for C&M in 2011 and has been in the real estate industry for 15 years. She is married and has a 13-year-old step-daughter, a 4-year old daughter and a baby son. Scott Pearson

Asst. Construction Manager

Scott Pearson is our Assistant Construction Manager. He manages jobsites, coordinates sub contractors, meets with homeowners at different stages on the jobsite, schedules day to day activities, and ensures quality control. Scott recently joined our team and is engaged to be married later this year.

Justin Bradley

Construction Manager

Justin Bradley is our Construction Manager. He manages jobsites, coordinates sub contractors, meets with homeowners at different stages on the jobsite, schedules day to day activities, and ensures quality control. Justin has been with C&M 6 years and in the building industry since 1998. He is married and has 2 sons.

Diane Miller

Financial Controller

Diane Miller is our Financial Controller. Her duties include calculating job cost, budgeting, and insurance. Diane has been with C&M for 5 years and has been in the industry for about 20 years.
